This Website is designed for use by Clients and Clients’ authorized representatives, such as their fitness facility managers or communications personnel (each, a “User” or “you”). This Website is not a consumer-oriented site and is not intended for the general public. You must be a Client or a Client’s authorized representative to register on this Website. This Website is owned and operated by ASH Fitness on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to collectively as “ASH Fitness” or “we”).

We value our Users and respect their privacy. We collect personal information in an effort to improve the user experience and to communicate information about our products and services. We are committed to using personal information responsibly. This Privacy Statement informs you of what information we may collect from or about you on this Website, how we may use such information, and your rights and choices regarding your information. This Privacy Statement, together with the User Agreement for this Website, constitutes the entire contract between each Client /User and ASH Fitness regarding use of this Website.

We consider personal information to include, but not be limited to, name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, user I.D. and passwords, and other personally identifiable information.

By registering on this Website, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are a Client or have authorization from a Client to register; and (ii) all information submitted by you is your own information and is truthful, current and accurate.

We also collect aggregate and anonymous data about Users, such as total page views in a given time period; total impressions per ad; average amount of time that visitors spend on the site each time they visit; average amount of time that visitors spend on each page of the site; percentage of visitors from a certain geographical area, etc. Such data does not identify you individually and we do not link such data to your personal information.

Please note that your fitness facility name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, zip, and phone number are all required information necessary for the maintenance and administration of your user account on the Website.
